One of the recent jobs we’ve had come in was for yet another ad blue related fault. Whilst we were there we also increased power too for the customer:

This should also help mpg too by around 15% on average.

- AdBlue system malfunction: There could be a fault in the AdBlue system components, such as the AdBlue pump, injector, or sensor. This can be caused by electrical issues, mechanical failures, or sensor inaccuracies. A diagnostic scan using specialized equipment is usually required to identify the specific problem.
- AdBlue quality or contamination: If the AdBlue fluid is contaminated or of poor quality, it can lead to faults in the system. AdBlue should meet ISO 22241 standards to ensure proper functioning. If you suspect the AdBlue fluid is contaminated, it may be necessary to drain and replace it.
